1. Purpose

This agreement governs how Promo Nex AI processes personal data on behalf of its customers to provide AI-powered content generation services.

2. Scope of Processing

Promo Nex AI processes the following personal data:

  • Name, email, IP address
  • Product-related requests and content
  • Subscription and payment metadata

3. Sub-processors

Promo Nex AI uses third-party services for infrastructure and operations:

Data is retained only as long as:

  • Required to deliver services
  • Required by law

6. Data Subject Rights

Promo Nex AI supports the following rights:

  • Access
  • Rectification
  • Erasure
  • Data portability
  • Objection to processing

Requests may be submitted via email.

7. Liability & Compliance

Promo Nex AI acts in accordance with the GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA, and similar global regulations.
Liability is limited as per our Terms of Use.
