• Share login credentials
• Use generated content illegally
• Manipulate credits or access unauthorized areas

PromoNexAI is not the owner of scraped data; it acts solely as a processor. Users confirm they have the rights to input product URLs, and all responsibility lies with the user.

5. Intellectual Property

You own your generated content. Promo Nex AI owns the platform, agents, and infrastructure.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Ad rejections
• Platform downtime
• Loss of profits

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, enforceable worldwide.
